Ping Times to www.google.co.uk and google.co.uk different.

I was testing to see my ping between google.co.uk and www.google.co.uk
and was amazed to see there is a difference.

using www. it was 42 ms and without it goes to 150 ms. Any ideas why?

Trying it with hexus made no difference.

also in FPS games at what level does latency become a problem in your
opinion? above 60 ms? 100 ms?

maybe different routing try the tracert command and see where they go

They are being routed to different places it seems but what i wonder is why.
