I have a NAS, a Buffalo LS-WXL, with 2TB onboard. I have some movies and music Id like to be able to stream to my tablet while Im out. Sadly, I cant get the damn thing to work.
It says I need to set port forwarding to port 9000, into the GUI for the Superhub and do what I think is right, but setting the Buffalo NAS logon stuff for remote access it tells me port forwarding failed.
Wot is I doing wrong ?
edit - sorted, it was the SuperHub at fault, you cannot do DDNS apparently, so Im now running it in Modem mode with a separate Dlink DIR615 and all ports forwarded correctly, test will be later tonight seeing if I can access my movies from town
