Gotcha Happy PlusNet customer for years here.

Really lucky here, our village qualified for an FTTP install because the regular ADSL was so poor (ADSL was just less than 1Mbps down!) and FTTC speeds were slower than the ADSL we had in the old house, because the cabinet serving the village was so far away (in another village!). Stuck with PN for the fibre, which limits us to the same speeds as max FTTC 80/20, but it's fast enough, and like you, a rock-solid connection. PN have since closed the trial, and no sign of a proper FTTP product, but for those of us on it, we're sitting pretty.
