Hi All
Been wiring up my house with external CAT6 solid external cable which have been terminated into CAT6 wall sockets. As i have so much CAT6 cable left over i thought i would make some patch cables with it but the last time i did this was over 10 years ago using a cheap crimper and CAT5e RJ45 ends.
Have now seen you can get pass through RJ45 connectors which would speed up the process but would mean i need a new crimper to use that. Was just about to buy one off Amazon for £24 until i read it can only do 24AGW cable size but my CAT6 is 23AGW so would not work as its thicker.
Can anyone recommend a good pass through crimper that wont break the bank as wont be using it every day but can work with 23AGW cable please?
If not then i will just buy some new CAT6 RJ45 connectors and use my old crimper.
Cheers
