wanted: router-8port switch combo

I have a 10base network where 4 people access the net, since the ping times are high, the net slows down when more than one person access it at the same time, and the transfer rate inside the network is very low, I was looking at a router-switch combo. I come across one at komplett but I was just wondering if someone here knows any similar hardware.

I would say that if you can find any reviews of 4 port combos, then all the same points in the review will apply equally to the manufacturers 8 port offering.
