    Content Management Systems?

I have had experience with content management systems in the past websites I have designed, I have used PHPNuke but I was wondering if anyone knew of anny other programs that offered the same kind of flexability.

I am currently working on a new site that will be going live in a month or to and want to start getting it ready.

One of the most popular (and most attractive looking Admin back end imo) at the moment is Mambo. Its quite incredible what this can do considering its opensource, a very powerful system indeed. However, i personally have found making pure CSS layout templates for it ni on impossible so ive abandoned trying to use it. They favour tables for layout which i am not a fan of. If you can stick the template style/coding this is definately the best free CMS out there in my view.

    Some Links:

    Mambo
    phpphpwcms
Website Baker - For me this was the easiest one to use for applying my own templates.
    Exponent
Subdreamer - Free version avaialble but you have to pay for the fancy stuff.

    A list of CMS's

The best thing to do is to simply try them out.

The thing I like about phpnuke is the massive amount of support and modules avaliable for it though.

Cheers for the list I will give them a go.
