    Dial In boxes?

Since I travel a lot and you can get free or cheap call routing to local or national numbers not 08XX

How hard is it to setup a dialup box

I would like to be able to dial in to my home lan and be able to use the lan / and net

I have a server - Win2k03 and a Modem in the box - surely it must be simple?

    Any guides?

    Thanks

I also believe that box supports feeds from energis and worldcom via cat5 feed.

You can do it in windows...
Accept incoming connections on a 56k modem, and then internet connection through ADSL or whatever...done it before...tis easy.
    Network wizard it up...

I believe the windows VPN software actually has quite a good reputation. Perhaps just use any standard ISP dial up and VPN client into your box, rarther than dial directly into your box.

However I remember Sever NT4 and 3.5.1 having quite acceptable RAS services, I'm not sure if later windows version will have this with high speed networks being the in thing, but if it is, I suspect it will be just as usable.
    It is Inevitable.....
