Cheap web space

I'm looking to purchase some web space for my website. Does anyone have any recommendations for cheap providers?

My only requirements are that the servers are capable of running PHP/Perl.

So far about the best deal I've seen is about £30 a year for 50 megs of space/ 2gb month bandwidth.

I've been really happy with nexpoint.net I've been using them for a couple years and they have very few outages. My current deal is 500 MB on a W2K server w/unlimited bandwidth and email accounts for $99/yr. They also have cheaper plans starting at $4.25/month.

You should also check out godaddy.com They are an ICANN certified registrar with domains for $8.95/yr. They also have cheap hosting but I can't vouch for the quality of their hosting.
