"Customers Nationally may currently be experiencing slow speeds on their Internet service. Our engineers are aware of this issue and are working towards its resolution. "

    This is becoming regular.

My modem the other day went crazy, surfing fine then suddenly got kicked off MSN and was wonderng why. Tried google.com and nothing, checked the modem lights and power was lit, recieve was flashing. Watched TV for a while, looked at the modem and all lights where as per usual.

Return 30mins later, and power and receive are are lit normally but send is flashing.

Check your modem lights, they will give an indication if anything is wrong.

I blamed it on http://www.blueyonder.co.uk/blueyond...bbs_evenfaster and i see your in Liverpool so that could may well be part of the problem, except my modem went down in the early hours of the morning....

EDIT : Hexus seems a bit slow but my internet on the whole seems a tad slower than usual.

I was in the middle of updating one of our customers forums when it went down for an hour or so a few days ago, it does say that our area will have some disruption of service for the the next few weeks...
