I hate how all these ISP's have moved the goalposts and have ammended their T&C's so many times now.
The thing is I'm not sure if I've actually agreed to the new terms and conditions - as I've been with them for about 4 years, and during this time I have never had any new T&Cs sent to me. (the original package I signed up to was 512k unlimited) That and after checking through all the emails I've had sent to me, they mention the possibility of caps (standard marketing junk) but none say they have been introduced for me, or saying the T&C of my contract have changed.

BT have also neglected to implement anyway of me measuring the actual bandwidth used - mine was an estimate from the amount thats been put on my hard disk, plus what I know of the family usage, and have said they will monitor, and if they feel it is necessary, suggust it would be more suitable to upgrade my package (im on the 2nd highest atm).

All I can do is wait and see really...

    Dave

I think you'll find that if you use the service after you have been notified of the changes, or don't cancel within a set period of time, you are deemed to ave accepted them. You need to read the original T&C that you signed up to.
