Wireless router help

Well guys, i need help on how to set up internet / printer / file sharing on a wireless Laptop (ADSL)
I know there are links to different sites on here but i am on Dial Up guys and it takes forever to load these sites!! (Going to cable myself at the end of the week).

This is for my brother.

It needs to be very very easy to follow, what steps to take and how to set it up in clear words.

Anyone can help out or give a link to a very easy step by step procedure?
