    crash

    I have a brand new laptop..... connected to AOL for wireless when I plugged in cable my computer crashed.... I am completely computer illilerate... it state reboot and enter new media in proper boot.

    There is nothing on the screen

    Take it back to where you bought it from! If brand new is should not do this. Take it back and get a replacement or your money back!
