cheapest way to extend wireless 200m

i have a 70th birthday party tomorrow and i want her to have a chat with her brother in new Zealand. this is the problem where we are having the party is about 200m away from my house and i need to know the cheapest way to set this up that would take around 2 hours any ideas. the party is for my grandma. and she has not seen her brother since 2004 i think so this would be a nice suprise but i need it as cheap as poss.

indeed, pringles cantenna or wok-fi would be good. else a good antenna on a standard wireless card might just stretch to 200m, it'll be guff for streaming video though.

why not use 3rd generation video calling, and output to a projector?
