    Belkin Wireless routers

My boss has bought a Belkin wireless router/modem, and he reports that is another wireless network near his house, and his laptop (or rtaher the wifes!) will not pick up his WLAN, in fact it gets confused and refuses to connect. Is he missing a trick (or pulling my leg) or can Belkin WLAN's conflict??

    Cheers
    Rob

Get him to set his Wireless Router to 4-5 channels away from any other wireless network in range, use WPA instead of WEP, and then connect that way.

Other possibility is he is using channels 12 or 13, which a Computer with US region settings won't pick up (as its outside of the spectrum legally usable in teh US)
