    Wired connection disrupts wireless

I got my Xbox 360 the other day and have networked it directly to my PC for streaming, internet etc. However, since doing this my wireless card which I use to connect to my router has either been running painfully slow or having fits of disconnecting then reconnecting over and over.

I have checked and it's not reaching the Windows XP connection limit, so apart from that I have no idea what it could be

How are you sharing the connection to the main network? Have you set it up using ICS, so that you're PC acts both as a gateway (for live) and as a host machine (for media)?

It is using ICS to connect the Xbox yes, if that is the problem, is there a better method using the kit I've got? Windows ICS is indeed naff, the Linux gateway alternative is so much simpler
