    Seeking assistance for the first time?

    In order for Mesh Computers to offer you the most efficient support we will need to access information regarding your PC and its configuration.

    To help us in this regard it has been made possible for you to enter your unique order number into your HEXUS profile.

    When one of our support team reads a post requesting help from you, they can easily access the information and their reply is then more likely to resolve your query within the first reply.

    If you have not already done so, please enter your order number into your profile using the "User CP" option at the top of this screen, and then "Edit Profile" in the list on the left hand side. The option to enter your order number is the last option on the page that comes up.

    Use of the MESH support forums

    The MESH forums have been provided by MESH computers in association with HEXUS for any owners of MESH components, services or systems to seek support for their product(s) or enquire about pre-sales.

    The MESH forums deal with many different issues each day and it is important that the quality of the support offered to owners/prospective customers is kept at the highest level possible.

    In order to further improve the services and make sure that MESH customers are receiving the support they expect through this medium there are a few rules that need to be followed:

    If you have purchased items from MESH which you are having problems with then please post in the Customer Care & Technical Support Forum where someone from MESH will assist you.

    Members who do have a MESH product, but don't have a problem with it are requested to refrain from posting in any threads where you are not able to positively assist the customer who is experiencing issues. Where the issues are not of a technical nature you should not participate in the thread as this could have an adverse affect on the response times from a MESH representative.

    It is important that genuine customers who have genuine problems are assisted in the shortest time possible. If you are merely here to assist customers of MESH then please only participate where you feel the input you give is positive towards helping the users resolve their problems.

    If you wish to discuss systems that have been purchased from any off-the-shelf PC vendor then you should do so in the HEXUS turnkey PC forum.

    If you wish to provide feedback on your experiences then this should be done through the feedback system.

    We hope that these rules are clear and we hope that you all abide by them. Any failure to adhere to these rules will result in a warning being handed out, whereby future occurrences could see access to the MESH section of HEXUS removed for the benefit of those customers who require efficient assistance.
