    All those Christmas presents...

....and im talking a good couple of £100s worth of Christmas presents....have been rendered obsolete by a helium balloon!

If you ever see one, give it a go! Sophie, now 7 months old, utterly adores them and we always have one on the go for her to play with. Mixture of the noise, colours and the fact she can tug it, swing it and generally make a nuscience out of it means she is very rarely bored with it!

Any other surprisingly effective toys for your little critters?

Kids were always more interested in the boxes when they were toddlers

^^ This. Wrapping paper was always a winner too.
    Society's to blame,
    Or possibly Atari.

Best new toy for the boy? A pair of clapping hands from a cracker. Although the bath toys have come a close second!
    Not around too often!
