Specifically Farley's Original rusks, they are the food you never grow out of They're nummy!
I think I ate more than my kids ever did
They are very tasty! I wonder when the little'un will be old enough to buy a packet for...
Not around too often!
Faye turned her little nose up at those. She loves rice cakes though (and sadly so does daddy)
We got told by the health visitor they were too full of sugar for our little one and to swap her on to porridge, so her godfather helped her out and ate the rest of the pack for her.
Personally i have never liked the taste.
Well this is is, the original ones are full of sugar, which is why they're so scrummy
But yes, the health visitor is correct, the sugar free version are preferable for the kids. So it's my theory that therefore the original ones are only manufactured still because dad's still like to snack on them
Yummm Rusks are nice! mine didn't have them often, they preferred the apricot flavour rusk men Boots used to sell! trouble was Jon used to love them too so a box never lasted long lol
Yep, i still like my rusks. Sophie just gums them to death & smears them all over her face though. Still got very fond memories of them from when i was a kid!
Hayden likes the organix rusks with orange oil in them.
I tried them the other day and they are extremely moreish and very nice indeed
We have never give our little one rusks because of the sugar content (i have fond memory's of my dad and i eating my baby's brothers when i was younger though). We give rice cakes and organix biscuits which she loves.
We suspect our littlen is rather too hyperactive and as a result health visitor warned us off the rusks.
Not to worry, I was more than happy to finish off the 5 packs we'd bought in bulk beforehand. Rusks rock.
Moo.
