My daughter has just popped her twins out, with a few complications -

Maisie Ava and Rosco Graham Lane born by elective c-section 16th August at 10.05 and 10.06.
Rosco is home, Maisie is in Birmingham children's hospital as she has transposition of the great arteries.
She's had a stent and she is stable, she should have an operation to repair the heart in around a week
or so depending on how strong she is. She is a fighter! Fantastic weights....Maisie 6 pound 1, Rosco 7 pound 5

She is in surgery right now, a 6 hour + op, started at 9am ish

Just spotted this thread, congratulations g8!

My sister-in-law also gave birth to a little fighter who went through a challenging pregnancy, birth and then multiple surgeries. It's a challenging time, but if these aren't the fights worth holding on for, I don't know which ones are!

Hoping all continues well and looking forward to seeing photos of the little one terrorising the family on two legs in a few years.
