    heh, good good.

    I honestly wouldn't bother going laser unless you are spending big money, and even then I would suggest a Xerox Phaser instead

    Well, I'm leaning so far further towards the HP now that I'm practically touching it.

    I do have one question about it though! The printer would probably go downstairs in the study with the iMac and connect via USB. I'd need the printer to connect to the PC upstairs wirelessly but my PC doesn't actually have a wireless card, it's connected to a wireless Netgear Router. Would the printer still be able to connect to the PC via that?

    Yes; your printer would connect to the same network over wireless that your PC connects to over copper.

    I gave in and picked up the C7180 this past weekend!

    It's a lovely looking device, the little screen on it is great too. I'm just setting it up now, time to see if HP software is as bad as I remember!
