You can get a dell from their website for a good price with good support service and much cheaper, but you will have to ait a few days for delivery.

    Whats the urgency?

Whats even more stupid is that you post on a forum then go and buy something an hour after your post without posting back to say thanks or whatever so therfor making this thread a waste of webspace.

Oh God I'm using a computer from PC World as we speak (Not my fault ! I swear !) it's so **** aswell, crappy loud maxtor HDD that will probably die soon, **** gigabyte crippled motherboard, P4 with a 533 FSB (come on at least give me 800FSB), the worst graphics card ever (6200 LE TurboCache), 512MB of PC2-3200 RAM (Yeah REAL fast )an alright 250w FSP PSU and the worse case ever invented (impossible to get into)

Oh and possibly the worst 17" TFT EVAR ! So crap in CS:s I can't actually see anything in the shadows, despite pumping a cr@pload of brightness into this shoddy piece of junk.
    Main - Intel Core i5 2300 @ 3.5GHz, 8GB DDR3 1333Mhz RAM, Asus P8P67 Pro, Coolermaster iGreen 600w, GTX 480, Antec One Case

They had no clue what i was on about and had to radio/call for the 'proffessional' he then got the cable i needed but when i then when i said i needed an adaptor to give me and extra molex plug he was baffled never bought anything from PC world sinse.

saying that i bought a 17" CRT monitor from them yeeeaaaarrs ago and i still use it now when i come home from uni & that thing has had some serious frustration taken out of it

Gave up years ago after going in for some memory 128mb & asking if they had faster Nice woman , she thanked me for the explanation as i wemt out. But i think there are more horror stories about them than any 1 else in the uk. Don't know if they still do it but jacking up prices for shops at airports was a money spinner for a good while.

Well I wasn't flaming him, I was just giving him quality advise

My brother worked at PCWorld for a short while a number of years ago. It's not surprising that the staff know nothing - training is practically non-existent and they treat the staff so poorly that most of them leave after a few months. The managers are those who were too dumb to have left...
