DVD/DivX players that play avi files from USB drives?

Since my xbox wont read directly from an external usb drive, i'm looking for something that does. But it needs to play divx

does anyone have experience with those ~£40 ish dvd players that do it?

Hi! I have a DESAY high Definition DVD Player that does it, it plays Movies fro my USB on my TV. I hope this helps, Regards dinkydy.

My Philips DVP5990 has played every file format I've thrown at it so far, flawlessly, I've a 250 gig portable hooked up (so the usb is indeed powered, some aint...lol)...Just make sure the HD is formatted to fat32 and you'll be good to trot....Oh and this ones an upscaling jobbie with optional hdmi....If thats important to ya. Last but by no means least it cost me a whopping £50!
