Which DVB-T Tuner (Single)

Basically, Im looking to record freeview programs to my hard drive and then play it back on xbmc. No need for a dual tuner card.

Which of these 3 is the best option. Im running Vista Ultimate 32bit and all below have Vista drivers available.

Ive already got an official MS MCE remote, so will probably just use the Vista MCE program, unless there anyone can suggest any better software?

Also will the recorded file play ok in xbmc? Ive heard of skipping and synch issues.
