The price drops quoted are for 1,000 units. We won't see a price anywhere near that, but hopefully it'll make a quad core cheap enough for me.
A small price drop is better than no price drop. Its probably not worth waiting for if you need to build a PC quite quickly, but since I dont need one just yet, why not wait.
