    so would this be a better option?

    Scythe Mine might be a good option as you'll have to get a fan for the Ninja+ by the looks of it as it doesn't seem to come with one (and you'll definitely want a fan for OCing)

    Have a look at the socket 775 cooler review here: http://www.hexus.net/content/item.ph...=8757&page=119

    Scan don't appear to have the scythe mine.. r generally any of the top three on that page.

    What I might just do.. is order most things from Scan for the Saturday delivery... and order the HSF from elsewhere seeing as Scan's range isn't so broad - wanted to know if there is HSF that comes with the Q6600.. so I can be up and running at stock speed once I receive everything on Saturday?

    - Scythe Miné ~ £24.17

    - Scythe Infinity ~ £28.54

    I've got the Infinity and it's bloody heavy so I'd say go with the Miné.

    Take a look at the HEXUS CPU Cooler Test.

    ++

    The Infinity is silly heavy, it even makes my motherboard curve a little when it's out of the case because of the mounting mechanism and sheer weight.

    If you don't mind getting the cooler from somewhere else, then I'd recommend the ultra 120 extreme. Much lower load temps on my system than the ACF7 Pro and Infinity I previously owned, and that's with slightly less case air flow. A bit pricey but worth it.
