Single bay slient cooler?

OK - I currently have a Ti4800 with a zalaman on, I can run the whole system (see sig) with no case fans, great, nice and quiet.

I'm looking to move to a shuttle but I need the PCI slot so I can't run my zalman, my question is. Is there a single bay slient (or close) cooler avalible?

Also would I be able to fit a Rev1.0 Ti4800 (bout the same size as the first FXs etc.) in a Shuttle?

You realise the AGP slot is the one closest to the case side in Shuttles?
