    seen a few reviews that say the antec case is a bit cramped, the P182 might be a better option?

    P182 kicks butt - When I upgraded mobo I did not need to take out the PSU/DVD drives or both HDDs because there's enough room to take out and install the mobo with all other components still installed in the case - that's one awesome case and easy on the upgrader!

    What should i use XP Pro or Vista Ultimate??

    With a DX10 card? a DX10 OS... Vista is the wya forward and it's also more eficient at using multiple cores and when multitasking as well as memory management.
