ICFX3200 motherboard driving me mental!!

I just bought a ICFX3200 motherboard for my backup system. However I seem to be having problems even booting up the system. I have the following bits in my system:
ICFX3200 motherboard
Core2 E4300 processor.
WD WD800 80gb ide hdd
1gb Geil ddr800 ram
7100gs graphics card
Globalwinn 520W PSU.

Upon booting the system a message comes about the checksum being incorrect and to press F1 to continue or del to get into the bios. Pressing either leads to a blank screen. I have tried changing the slots in which the dimm is in and even using a Geil 667mhz 1gb dimm from my main system and nothing changes. Even tried changing the video card to a 8500GT I borrowed for a while. I have tried clearing the CMOS and removing and reinserting the battery to no avail.

I noticed that the motherboard LED display says 7F also.

Anybody here know what the problem maybe??

I cannot even get into the bios!!

have you increased the memory voltage? That Geil should be operating at around 2.1V i think. Double check

I am such a Moose!! I wish I had just bought a P965 based motherboard now....!
