    RAM For E6750

    Hiya,

    What type of RAM is needed for E6750 to run at full speed (DDR2, no overclock)? As far as I can see it is PC5300, is that correct?

    Yup. The CPU clock of the E6750 is 333mhz, so you just need 333mhz RAM, which is DDR(2) 667, or PC 5328 (rounded to 5300).

    That stuff keeps going up and down on prices, when I was looking for RAM a few weeks ago it was 80 quid.

    Last November when I bought 2GB GeIL (2x1GB) PC6400C4, I paid £169, so this price of £46.99 is a steal....it is also half decent as well....

    scan got corsair pc5400 on sale on today only I've included it in m order also containing a e6750 I also dont plan to oc
