Projector Systems???

I'm thinking about a projector system in my office/hang out area. I am looking for a cheap projector I can mount on my ceiling, and project onto a wall. I'm going to be watching movies on it, and I want to know whats out there. I'm looking to spend under $1,000 USD for the projector, and theres not many out there that cheap really. Newegg has one thats around $850, and i'm looking into that. Any suggestions?

don't know where good places to buy over there are, but you might consider a Panasonic PT-L200U (is called a PTAE-200 here), it's a popular budget PJ, it can be had for approximately $1000 :- http://www.epinions.com/pr-Panasonic...edia_Projector

you're best bet is to check out some american based A/V forums though, as they are bound to know the best deal around at the moment, have a search through here :- http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/forum...php?forumid=68

Other ones PJ's that seem popular there in that price range are the InFocus X1 and Sanyo Z1, maybe you can find a L300U for around $1000 if you shop carefully, best have a look around and ask for some advice there.
