Stable Mobo for file server

Uh, 1333Mhz effective clock + other buses vs. 600Mhz effective clock, which is the bottleneck? The CPU or the Memory?

hum 5 clients viewing 700MB file say 1 hour = 3500 MB / hour , 58MB / Minute , 0.97MB / second
= ruffly 10Mb/s on a 100Mb/s line and thats the only B/W it needs

( figures subject to checking as my bits to bytes is a bit flaky )

the 1Ghz amd works fine just has problems booting
