Can't see any dodgy processes there really.... winlogon can be a virus sometimes, any idea what starwindservice is/does? Could try disabling it in msconfig (start -> run -> msconfig) and see if it has any effect. Personally I'd test the HDD before anything else.
The simplest way to tell if your IDE drive is causing the problem is simply to disconnect it.
Are you using it for the swap file or temp files? If not then it shouldn't cause any problems to do this.
P.S. StarWindServiceA is part of Alcohol (that's the "SCSI" CDROM which is actually Virtual).
Check whether UDMA is enabled in Device Manager in the properties for each IDE channel.
I don't think that would cause filesystem corruption, though.
Have you backed up your data yet? If not, why not?
