    Buying a refurbished Laptop...???

    Well is it a good idea? I have found a bargain (I think) but just wanna know should I take my chances?

    Has anyone had other experiences?

    laptops are ficklr things....unlike desktops they are best viewed before purchase. can you have a play before buyinhg?

    looks good mate. 3 months warranty is sufficient in case bits are broken. Big name brand. Fairly powerful for a laptop. Good Price. website seems respectable

    only thing id advise is ....since it is a fairly modern laptop - you can probably find reviews or reviews of similar models from compaq on the web. go have a look!

    I guess a wire transfer is when they give you bank account details, and then you ring the bank and say ' i want to transfer $779 into account number...'

    Looks like a good deal, but i will say one thing about Celron Laptops.... they do suck!

    We have some at work, and they are bog slow, maybe jsut the ones we have but we'd never buy them again.
