The drive in my external enclosure has started clicking when I run a quick scan in HDTune. I have run Seagate tools and the full scan in HDTune but no errors are found.
The drive is obviously on its last legs but with no sector errors just the clicking can I RMA it ? If not whats the best way of stressing it and making some errors appear so I can RMA it ?

well the reason it was clicking was my son dropped it on the floor so I guess the crash was already caused once. We'll see, if it's not RMAd never mind, disks are cheap these days.
In that case you have no grounds for a RMA - its self inflicted damage.
If it is dropped when it is off, then it should be ok. They can take some crazy amount force, up to 300Gs. Look on the spec sheets
