    Try cleaning out the drivers first, then try underclocking the GPU. If none of that works then get a replacement.

    I'd say you need to get new drivers for the card> GeForce Release 175

    Those are the newest tested set of drivers and work very well for me. If that doesn't work an after market cooler might be needed. I think that the culprit most probably is bad airflow in the system which causes the GPU to get too hot. Happened to me last summer and I've already ordered my new heatsink for my GPU this year.
