Motherboard help please.

Hi there,

I'm trying to build a pc for about £500, current tally is running at £539 which I guess I can live with.

I am having trouble finding a good motherboard which has a chipset optimised for ATI HD4850 but is designed for a intel q9300 quad core 45nm. The current one on my list of components is a Abit IP-35P, board with Intel's P35 chipset (kinda budget board). Has anyone got any suggestions?

Not going to be overclocked at all so that doesn't matter, only thing is I'd like ATX board as I like a couple of free pci slots for wireless cards etc.

Seems as AMD now owns ATI there isn't many boards specifically catered for Intel and ATI.

Any help is much appreciated.

If it's got a PCIe x16 slot.. (or x8 really) it's catered for
