    constant freezing

    i need help..
    my problem is that any time i try to do anything with my computer it freezes... i narrowed it down to being an issue with my soundcard, because the second i take it out, the computer works flawlessly. what concerns me is that i went through three sound cards already, and im wondering if there could be anything i can do

    Use a different PCI slot - some motherboards allocate resources in strange ways, often juggling PCI slots can sort it out.

    Also update your motherboard drivers, and of course, your soundcard drivers.
    PHP Code:
    $s = new signature();
    $s->sarcasm()->intellect()->font('Courier New')->display();

    Try clearing the CMOS - Sound Blasters can be a nightmare.
