Any semi-decent passive cards for a shuttle?

I've suceeded in making my shuttle uber quiet with better fans, akasa matting etc but even with a zalman fanmate the cooler on my GF4 Ti4400 is a horrible noisy thing.

So with a budget of under £100 which cards are available as stock with passive coolers yet offer a reasonable degree of performance? It'd be nice to be able to play HL2 when it comes out and DVI out is a must but I'll never need more than 1280x1024 as it's on a TFT...

Is this even possible within my budget?

    Cheers
    Steve

Yeah, you can get a radeon 9600 from www.komplett.co.uk i believe.

The 128mb version is £92 and the 256mb version is £103

personally I'd go for the 256mb one as an extra £10 for 128mb ram hurt nobody

I'd also guess that they can be overclocked to 9600 pro speeds with passive cooling, although i'm not 100% on that one
    Acer Travelmate 8104WMLi
    P-M 2.0 Ghz
    2Gb DDR533 Corsair RAM
    100Gb 7200rpm Seagtae HD
    128Mb ATi x700 Mobility
