While it does have a door its double hinged and folds flat against the side.. It's boring as hell behind the door but it doesn't have to be there

the 900 must get so dusty no?
"Gaming" Rig (is it actually good enough to be classed as a gaming rig?
OS: Windows XP 32-bit // Case: Antec P182 // CPU: Core2Duo E6600 @ 2.4 (stock cooler) // GPU: GeForce 8800 GTX (stock cooling) // PSU: 550 Watts // HDD: Seagate Barracuda 320 GB // RAM: 2GB // MoBo: Asus P5N
Bed Room Rig
OS: Windows Vista 32-bit // Case: Antec P182 // CPU: Athlon X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+ @ 3.01 (Arctic Freezer 7) // GPU: GeForce 8600 GTS (Accelero Passive) // PSU: 520 Watts // HDD: Samsung SpinPoint 500 GB // RAM: 4GB // MoBo: Asus M2N-E
Well if theres that much free space between the hdd it looks like the tech sheets on antec are wrong...
Cause its apparently less deep than my antec P150 and its a tighter squeeze than that, with my 4870 being as long as Asus P5B deluxe...hmmm
Thanks for the pic matty.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Bit of an odd question but does anyone still have the original box for their P182? A friend asked me what the dimensions of it are but I've no longer got mine.
Antec P182 Case Dimensions:
Imperial
- 21.3”(H) x 8.1”(W) x 19.9”(D)
Metric
- 52cm (H) x 21cm (W) x 51cm (D)
Thanks matty but a slight misunderstanding. I'm talking about the cardboard packaging box the P182 comes in.
oh right, ma bad.
I'd say 2" in depth each side (so 4") and 3-4" in width either side of the case so 6 -8" wider, probably the same again in height. I haven't seen one for a while though.
It won't fit through a letter box
I like the plain looks of the Antec 300, but would like something a little larger. Hmmm.
