For that rig, the OCZ Stealthstream for £35 is an absolute steal.
The extra cost is due to the modular cables and even the 400w modular PSU from OCZ is around £45. The HX450W seems to be a good unit from what I have read and the OEM is Seasonic too.

If modular cables are not important then a VX450W can be had for slightly less:
