Universal remote control and tv issue!!

So lost the tv remote :| which I have been looking for for over a week!!! Decided to get a universal remote but ran into a problem. The flat screen I have is a generic one that I got from a mobile deal. Now the remote only allows me to put the tv code in manually but the tv had no manual and no code i'm aware of. I have looked all over the tv to find a name but nothing! Is there some generic code that I can sue with any universal remote???

I have search with google but no luck

edit: mods delete thread! Seem the tv remote founds its way into the shed and into a flower pot. I suspect young cousins are the culprits :|
