    Well you can get a 22" monitor, 1680*1050 res for around 100 pounds. id say 450 pounds for a reasonable gaming pc is doable, probably mean going the AMD route.
    CPU's;

    http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/AMD-A...MHz-95W-Retail
    PSU;

    Motherboard:

    RAM;
    2 GB DDR3 1333Mhz 32 quid, just buy 2 kits
    Hard Drive;

    GFX card;

    That leaves you with 90 pounds (using the cheaper cpu) for a case, im not too sure which ones you'd like so just send a few links to ones youve seen and well let you know if there good or crud obviously you dont have to go mad with the case and can even get one for say 50 pounds and put the spare into getting better components.

    Kalniel: "Nice review Tarinder - would it be possible to get a picture of the case when the components are installed (with the side off obviously)?"
    CAT-THE-FIFTH: "The Antec 300 is a case which has an understated and clean appearance which many people like. Not everyone is into e-peen looking computers which look like a cross between the imagination of a hyperactive 10 year old and a Frog."
    TKPeters: "Off to AVForum better Deal - £20+Vat for Free Shipping @ Scan"
    for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.
