Hi everyone i have all of my final products. Ok here they are. Could you please just make sure that they are all compatible with each other and also tell me if my PSU will be able to power both my Graphics card and motherboard, and if my motherboard will support the ram etc.. Please check to make sure because i have to be 100 % positive that all of this is compatible .

    Re: Please Check

    What graphics card?

Have you bought the case already?

PSU I would change to a 450W HX, much better quality PSU and it's modular. I can't think of a GFX card you will pick that it wont be able to power comfortably.

Given you are going AMD have you considered the uATX route? Keeps things in a small tidy package and the air flow in cases such as Coolermasters uATX tower or the Silverstone TJ06 is brilliant even with seriously slow spinning fans

It'll all work anyway I would probably swap the optical drive to an LG for noise but thats nit picking really. Oh and dominator RAM is very tall, careful with aftermarket coolers for that X3.. or just get RAM with a normal heatspreader

    Re: Please Check

I'm happy with the PSU; I have one.
www.jonnyguru.com don't know much about the 450 HX I must confess. Mikes right thought; I realised not long after buying mine that 550 watts may be overkill with one graphics card. The 450W market is more competitive too.

IF you are looking to try and unlock the fourth core have a flick through the MOBO manual (available online); theres something about heatsinking the vrms when turning on ACC (my mobo is similar).

I would find out what heatsink you get bundled because the one for the P2 550 is a joke. I think the 720 comes with the one with heatpipes which is good but I would check.

Most of the items come up on today only alot on Scan and you've taken your free postage for 20 posts I take it.

You have all your case fans too?

    thats my 2 cents.

Worth the extra for noise if you have it.
