    SN78SH7 - how to update the Bios

    I have an X4 945 running. It boots and all but the CPUs show as unknown in Windows. Apparently I need to do a bios update.

    My question is.... HOW DO YOU DO A BIOS UPDATE on these things!!!!

    With my SD37P2 I used a Windows based flashing utility but in hindsight this is not the safest thing to do though.
