    Re: Gaming Mouse

It depends on the budget, but I'd go for the razer deathadder, best mouse I've used and can't see me replacing it for a while. I've got it paired with the Razer Goliathus Alpha Mouse Pad, Speed. Can recommend both, but then again I do like the razer stuff

    Re: Gaming Mouse

ro55o, thanks for the quick reply
I have seen very good reviews on the deathadder but I have very big hands (is that a problem).
I am using a logitech MX600 at the moment
The budget is about right or maybe a little more if required.
As for mats, is there a difference in speed & control?

    http://www2.razerzone.com/MouseGuide/html/palmgrip.php

If you read that, it let's you know what mice (razer) best suit your grip. The deathadder suits a palm grip and from the comments of the people using it, it seems to suit bigger hands.

I'm not sure on the main differences between the speed and control mat.

    Re: Gaming Mouse

Id say the deathadder is one of the best, my friend who is an extremely good gamer (17th in world, win) and he uses it, i gave it a try and loved it! However it is expensive and im currently using an OCZ behemoth mouse(£15 from OCUK, unfortunately) and its great reliable and performs well.
I had a sharkoon fireglider, awesome mouse aswell so it just depends what you prefer.

    Logitech MX518 here.
    Society's to blame,
    Or possibly Atari.

I can vouch for Razer, although I opted for the Copperhead. It's a very nice mouse and it's blue

I've had mine over a year now and I bought it 2nd hand, and it's still going strong. Plus this seems to be a newer version. Higher DPI and quicker response than the older one.
