    AMD 2010 roadmap and Thuban specifications confirmed!

    The Phenom II X6 will have a Turbo Boost like technology. Upto half the cores will be have their base clockspeed raised by 400MHZ to 500MHZ. The new Phenom II processors will work in AM2+ motherboards too.

    A new triple core, the Phenom II X3 740 is also being released.

    It could be that the slides were leaked and the website got a warning from AMD.

    If the Phenom II X6 1090T can compete with a Core i7 860 or Core i7 930 for a similar price it should be great for the consumer IMHO as it could help reduce the price of these processors.
