Anyone with a AMD 1055T 95W bundle deal?

I need your help. Specificly the deal from Aria.

I have actually got this, but after a 2 week battle with a crashing problem a while ago. Which turned out to be the HDD despite passing PC check.
I restored the Bios thinking it was the OC gone wrong.
Needless to say the problems fixed now but through my own stupidity i havn't got the details for the overclock to 3.8 done as part of the deal.
If anyone has the details for the settings in the intelligent tweaker in the bios it would be much apreciated.

I'm quite worried i might have to find out how ot OC the thing myself. But it's the first AMD i've owned and i'm a little unsure of myself.
