    Press and hold the Fn key and press the down arrow.

    It's not the down key. You have to hold the Fn key and press F4 (or F5 for brighter).

    Ok, its the arrow key on the latitudes and on my xps.

    Actually, now I think of it, it's the down key on my XPS at work too. I thought it was random across different manufacturers, but apparently it's random across different models too!
