OK, I don't even have the system and won't until, oh, next year, but I'm looking at budgets:
I even know how I'm going to route everything, lol.
Edit: Obviously what I buy in the end will be based on what the blocks are for and what's available, but my budget is £300 for w/c, and so I thought I'd price up based on what's out there now...

Good system, but personally i'd go for steel jubilee clips over nylon hose clamps, reliability wise.

Man thats fairly expensive for watercooling although it looks like it would do the job well.
Personally i would go for a large external rad to more effectively radiate all that heat. You could then run your fans slower etc. There seems little point in absorbing all that heat and then putting it all back into the case.
No chance of DIY ing any of it? Its fun, honestly
Then maybe you could get a vapochill for the CPU?
Well my reasons for not going vapochill or TEC is that I really aren't prepared to waterproof everything and run the risk of frying stuff.
There is a (modded) 120mm fan hole in the case, and the rad will have to go on the outside of that for it to fit in. Any bigger and my I/O panels or PSU will be blocked. If I make any more holes in the case the thing will probably fall apart, so that's out of the question too, lol.

I think when i do mine its gonna be using a garden pump and my own stuff.
I remember that artice on hexus with the underground cooler that was cool.
The Danger Den RBX block is great, have one on my FX51. I also use a Danger Den pump from over-clock.co.uk, which is class.
That pump looks nice Oid. Looks a bit like the Swiftech MCP600 12v on overclock.co.uk which looks like it would do a good job although a bit expensive at c£54.
Kez if you went for a pump like that you could knock the relay card of your list. As for the rad, sounds good if you can mount it in the side of the case. Just get as much of that damn heat out of the case as possible

Sound advice, I have mine mounted externally so it draws cold air from the surface of an external wall. 2x120mm Xinruillian fans, one suck, one blow (ooer missus), either side of the rad.Kez if you went for a pump like that you could knock the relay card of your list. Well it would save you that relay card anyway.
As for passive rads. I love them. Definitely make sense i have one (large) passive rad on my watercooling setup (CPU) and it is currently the coolest part of my system 29deg C (MB monitor) and 27deg on the block. Very effective and although it doesnt look the best it is immediately obvious to anyone that sees my system that it aint a normal computer
Well maybe if I get a bigger (perhaps dual fan) rad, but only stick the one fan on it (due to the location of it and case design) would that help?

Well i dont think that kind of rad design would work very well as a passive system. You need relatively open airspaces to let air circulate in the absence of a fan. Also i dont think you would achieve very good passive cooling unless the rad was completely out of the case.
In your situation where your going to be watercooling multiple parts of a (presumably) high power system i would definitely errr on the side of a large radiator. IMO this is the most overloocked part of a PC watercooling setup. Even if your case does not fit it i would go for the dual 120mm rad if possible so that, if you find later that you need to dissipate more heat from your sytem, you can add another fan.
It would be better if you could integrate a dual fan rad into your case in the first place (perhaps venting through the top).
Yes, have you thought of top mounting a Black Ice Xtreme II radiator? It's a bit expensive at about 100 USD, but it does a hell of a job. Also, if you're using the RBX, you might want to splurge on a more powerful pump, as the RBX and other similarly designed blocks thrive on turbulence.
First get the liang D4 pump, has better head, meaning itll push more water against more restrictive stuff, its also about 1/3rd of the size and generally nicer... also its 12v which is an advantage for obvious resons - though its usefull to have a spare psu if you want to leaktest away from the pc..
You wont need the pump really either with the d4 pump, it being 12v
Also Id get the dtek white water instead of rbx, but thats just personal preferance.
Purple ice - crap for corrosion resistance, but it does work for reducing surface tension/boundry layer = better performance. Dunno if I would recommend it, I have a bottle of it here, but not used it yet...
Get a bigger rad if you can, make sure it fits in your case though. Bigger rad = less niose. I recommend getting a car heatercore - they cost about £10 !!!!!, run some mains water through to flush out the crap (should be done with new rads aswell!) then pollish with brasso, and youve got a new looking rad minus paint/shroud. Make sure you get one that fits in your case though.. mine are annoyingly wide and only just fit in my case...
aviod BIX stuff... thermochill are better and cheaper...
Mount the rad at the bottom, vertically or horizontally.. you will probalby need to make holes somewhere anyway - the bottom is less visable so better imo. Reson to put it at the bottom = to get the air out easly.
Also mount the res at the highest point, to stop gravity trying to push water out of it...
most importantly, AVIOD nylon hose clamps, worm drive ones stop leaks better and much easyer to get on and off...

This is the case in which it will go (sorry for the mess; LCD mod in progress!)
Note where the 120mm fan is. I could either stick the rad on there before the fan, or on the outside (I won't be using that fan it's too damn loud and not got much in the way of static pressure I don't think.)
Thanks for the pump advice - I'll need one with good head bearing in mind the waterblock design.
The res will be going in the top drive bay. I had already planned that, but thanks for justifying it!
Oh, and the purple ice - I chose that because they were out of water wetter (you can't add out of stock items to the basket on that site), and just want something to decrease surface tension.
My mums partner works for an auto parts delivery firm, so I'll see what he can get in the way of heatercore's.
