Looks quite nice actually ASRock do some nice boards imo.
Looks like it will be released at the end of this month:

I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a board like this.
it uses the old chipset so i think it's better to wait for MBs based on the 990 chips. fusion will be on a new architecture after all.
As commented on TP; rotated socket is a great idea. IDE connector is in a poor place. SATA cables pointing of the edge of the board maybe?
Wondering if the new AM3+ boards are going to have core unlocking. As it is now "vendor propriotory" I certainly hope so.
Release of the 9** would probably be worthwhile but we won't know until full specs appear.
They do come up with some great ideas, if it is cheap enough I might buy it. They also need to learn that if they are after the overclockers buck they need to get things right, the last bios on my asrock 890gxe 3 put 1.57v through the cpu when 1.40 v selected in bios. I gave them a shot because any competition to the big 3 ASUS/Gigabyte/MSI is what the motherboard market needs.
cheers
It's a shame that Tom's Hardware is reporting that the 980G chipset with integrated graphics won't support AM3 processors.
At the moment that's the one out of the three chipsets I would like to get but it seems daft if this is the one for budget systems it won't support budget processors.
Here is the web page for the motherboard:
